Dlickr downloads files straight to your disk, so we want first-launch to be clean and trustworthy. The macOS build is going through Apple notarization and the Windows build through code-signing, so the app opens without scary security warnings. We’d rather wait a little than ship something that trips Gatekeeper on your first open.
