How credits work

Simple, honest metering.

1 credit = 1 photo

Each successfully backed-up original photo uses one credit.

Browsing is free

Listing albums and reading photo metadata never costs a credit.

7-day free re-download

Re-downloading the same photo within 7 days is free — great for incremental backups.

No subscription

Buy credits once. They never expire, and there’s nothing to cancel.

Buying credits

Purchases happen inside the app.

Dlickr never asks for payment on this website. You buy credits from within the app, where Paddle handles checkout and taxes as merchant of record. In-app purchasing is rolling out — download Dlickr to start with your 1,000 free backups in the meantime.

Pricing FAQ

Questions about credits.

How do I pay?

You buy credits inside the Dlickr app. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record (it takes care of taxes/VAT). In-app purchasing is rolling out — until then, the packs above are shown for information.

Is the free allowance per device or per account?

It’s 1,000 free credits, one-time, per Flickr account. Re-creating an account with the same Flickr identity doesn’t re-grant it.

What exactly counts as a credit?

One credit per original photo saved to your disk. Re-fetching the same photo within 7 days doesn’t cost another credit.

Do credits expire?

No. There is no subscription, and purchased credits never expire.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are digital goods delivered immediately. See our Terms of Service for details, and contact support@modestfoundry.com if something went wrong.
